My sister got hers when she was 16 and I was 17. I think that is an ok age for a girl to get her bellybutton pierced. Any younger than that isn't appropriate.

Probably 16. I wouldn't get mine peirced, but if you want I'd say 16, otherwise you look like you're trying too hard.

I saw famous surgeon in Washington, DC, and he was very open minded, but he said it wasn't a good idea to do at all because of the risk of infection.

My daughter was 23, and I still freaked out! I would say, 40, at least.
