cuz my dad says no- its the ending of today. im trying to be literal so i can get my allowance tonight. what do u think?? what is it? help me with an argument? :)

no its the last second of today any nanosecond after midnight is tomorrow - but its midnight somewhere - tell him you want paid on Grenwhich time or Zulu time.

Haha. You must live in the same general area that I live in. It is 10:50 pm right now. 12:00 am (midnight), which will be in about an hour, technically is the next day. So at 12:01 am go down and ask your dad for your allowance, because it is technically the next day. Good Luck, I hope he gives it to you tonight!!!

In the military, 12:00 is the last second of the day, and one second later is the beginning of the day.

2300 is 11pm, 2400 is midnight.

After 2400, the clock starts again at 00:01, which is midnight plus 1 minute.

Well its pretty much both. So when it is 12:00am its the ending of today but then it is also tomorrow.

12:00am is the ending of the day.
