Ok, I am a bit confused. I think that she should take a home pregnancy test first of all to clear up some of the confusion because if she is having sex then yes it is possible for her to be pregnant.

If she is 2.5 weeks late, and had sex since her last period, she could be pregnant, but she would not be getting bigger and she would not feel something moving inside of her. IF she is pregnant, she would probably be like 6 weeks pregnant or something like that (hard to say without specific dates) and would probably not have many "symptoms" other than possibly morning sickness.

Bottom line, take a home pregnancy test. And use protection - better yet - don't have sex.

Pocahontas is right. There is no way she would be feeling movement at this point. However, that being said if she has missed a period then it would be wise to get a preg test. There are some clinics that offer free tests. That's how I found out about my first. She can look online or in the phone book for a free clinic or just buy a test at the pharmacy. If she is, and she is very young she will need a lot of emotional support. It sounds like you're a good friend. Maybe you should be with her when she finds out.

I didn't feel my son move until the 3rd month of my pregnancy. You have to know what your feeling as well, because it could just be gas. The best thing for your friend to do is be examined by a doctor.

its possible that she's pregnant but there is absolutely no way she would be feeling anything move that early on (at 8weeks along the baby is only about the size of a grain of rice)...you friend sounds like she is too immature and too young for a child but if she wants to continue having sex she should go to your local health department and learn about birth control

If she was supposed to get her period two weeks ago, a pregnancy test should give her an accurate answer now.
