Ok I have mollies. I have one white female with popeye now. The rest are fine. I am assuming that she was pushed into something. She doesnt seem to be stressing. Water quality is good. Doing water changes and adding salt. I have cured a beta that way. I don't want to medicate yet. Any other suggestions?

Pop eye is caused by a bacterial infection, usually of the liver actually. Water changes and salt will not cure that. For that you will need a good a antibiotic such as Furan-2 or Furanace as well as some medicated fish food. It's possible your fish has a damaged eye as you suggest and in that case clean water and salt will help to prevent infections and fungus while it heals.
