I suggest you show the papers to a licensed PI. It could be as simple as a credit check, DMV records, forwarding address from the Post Office (not sure that's legal). Would depend on the info you have about this person and the law where they are if found

Start with the easiest first. The phone book. Then an internet search. Some charge a fee for a more extensive search. Dept of Motor Vehicles is also a good source. You do have to be careful. In these days of identity theft and all many departments are reluctant to give out information. You can also try the court system. Be sure you have all the documentation from your case and the judgement. At the high end and depending on how much you want to spend a private investigator can help.

File a motion to discover through the courts. The courts will find out where they live etc..... They will find all there bank accounts and let there bank review the case and grant you the money or the state will take there tax income check away and mail it to you.

go to court and have a lean filed on his state and federal tax returns. Or you could do a search on the net for his name and see if you can get an address.

If you can afford it you might need a private investigator.(They aren't all in the movies)
