OH YES, I'm patriotic, Red/White and Blue and proud of it.
You know there is over a million military personnel and each one of them is precious to me, it is they and their Commander in Chief who protects my family and I
and not the WHINERS = Losers

I always have, do now and will in the future whenever they are in harms way.

I was just wondering if people say that by protesting the war they are supporting the troops, why don't they go to Iraq and protest? Show the troops first hand how you support them.

I support the troops as much as I can, I'm always looking for new ways and new groups that are forming in my area to help out and volunteer my time. In the fall I'll be helping a student soldier transition center at my college, so I'm excited about that.
I also support law enforcement, their lives are on the line every day as well. God bless the 9 firefighters and thier families....

I sure do :) I'm the proud Aunt of a Marine in Iraq right now.
Yes, RIP the SC Firefighters, there's a lot of sadness going around in the "service" department.

I absolutely support our troops.

I don't really support the war itself though. I did at first, but after I thought about it more, and more evidence against it came out, I felt that we should not have been in there and I wish our troops could come home.

But I think our troops are the most brave Americans ever, and so far underpaid it's not even funny!

yes i do support our troops. I am a member of a group that sends care packages, goes to airports to either send them off or welcome them home. we even stand on street corners with huge flags and support our troop signs. We are who we are because of the brave past and present service people. My dad, like so many others, came home from Vietnam with no "welcome back" or any kid of support. In fact my dad was spat on. I want to make sure that never ever happens to our troops again. Yes, RIP to the firefighters who died saving people. They are true hero's!

How can you say you support the troops but not the war? They must believe in the reasons they are there, or their morale suffers and even less come home.
I also believe if we are not taking the fight to these evil, brainwashed terrorists, they will have even more opportunity to attack us at home.

I do, even though I don't agree with the war itself. Yes, salute to the perished heroes (I live not too far from Charleston)

Yes! My husband is in Baghdad and he is infantry. I was also over there as a medic. I think everyone should support the troops whether you believe in this war or not.

Of course, I support out troops. My dad is retired Air Force. It's part of who we are as a family.
