I learned from my lasst breakup (which was my first), that breaking up is not the end of the world. Even though my boyfriend was kindly, he just couldn't fill the shoes I had for him to fill, but I refused to let him go because I didn't know how i would get by without him. When we were together, I gave him a lot. More than I should have given any teenage boy (it wasn't my virginity, more like emotional and informational stuff, I also fantasised my life with him).

Next time I have a boyfriend. I'm not going to dive so deep so soon. I'm going to think before i give out so much information about myself, and get so close physically. I have learned to be my own person, not somebody else's. I've learned so much from loving my first someone, and breaking up with him, i can't name it all!

No matter how bad it hurts, learn to say good bye. I tried holding on for far too long on one girl and when I finally said good bye, it was actually relief because I knew it was just the right thing to do

That I shouldn't put all my eggs in one basket so to speak. Next time I won't get so wrapped up in a guy that I let other aspects of my life be neglected.

never get married/divorced in the state of louisiana...if you do have to get married, get a pre-nup and a total mental and physical evaluation of your potential spouse done ahead of time...trust me on this!!! hind-sight cost you everything: your home, your money, your sanity, your health, etc.

JUST SHACK UP FOR PETE'S SAKE!!!! LOL
