Well some people think its "cool" for others to see their underwear, and they HAVE to sway from side to side to keep their pant from falling lolz!

Eh, emo's kind of fun. If anything, at least the clothes are fairly comfortable.
And studded belts are great for beating the crap out of people.

People wear baggy clothes because they think it makes them look streetwise hence, K-Fed. To me it just looks like they don't know their waist size!

they sway side to side bc their pants r so slow they cant walk regularly so they like waddle or watever
