They say the best thing to do is go through your closet and pull out any thing that you haven't worn in a year or more and get rid of it. Be honest with yourself. You may love that blouse/skirt/pants, but when was the last time you really wore it? If you live in a place where you have to wear seasonal clothes(heavy winter clothes, light summer clothes), pack your off season clothes in Space Bags. They really help, and you can store them under your bed or on the closet shelf.

Well one way is to have a garage sale. the cash u obtained can be use to buy other new clothes thus not only r u recycling but at the same time u get new clothes.
the other way is to make simple changes to yur old clothes or out of fashionable clothes. get a few fashion design magazines and see if u can make changes to yur old clothes. thus when u browse thru yur wardrobe u will keep on seeing new design stlye of clothes but r actually yur old clothes upgraded.
the other is to exchange clothings with yur best pal who r the same size as u. but some people are hesitant to wear other peoples clothes.
the last i can thick of is for u to get those resuable vacuum pack palstic which will definately reduce the space consumption of yur wardrobe and at the same time let u reuse the clothes whenever u want. make sure u label it properly to eliminate time wastage when u actually want to use it again.

Take each item out, ask your self 1. Have I worn this in the last year? If no, get rid of it. 2. How do I feel when I put this on? If it is positive, happy, sexy or confident, keep it!
Donate the give aways to nearby woman's shelter, Salvation Army drop box or church resale shop. You will clean your closet and make some other women very happy!

Keep the stuff you like the best. If you haven't worn it in a year, are uncomfortable in the outfit, or don't like it anymore, iron it and take it to a consignment shop like Platos. They will give you cash for your clothes that you don't wear anymore and then you can buy some storage bins to box up clothes that are out of season. (Or buy more clothes to deal with! (o: - That's probably what I'd do!)

Well, you could donate things you rarely wear. Or, you could take them to a consignment shop to sell. The money you make there, you could use to buy even more clothes. If you donate more than five hundred dollars worth to the red cross or something like that, get a receipt and you can use it as a tax write off.

What I do is seperate my clothes by color and style. If I find something that I no longer like I put it in a seperate stack and give that away. There are alot of people who need clothes so that's what I do. You can also pack away your clothes by seasons!! It's amazing

You could sell some clothes on Ebay-I' ve had some success there. Also, there are places like Plato's Closet where you can take gently used clothes and they give you cash on the spot.

Have a friend, or a few friends help you go through it together & make a "Keep", "Maybe" & "Donate" pile with them.... then weed through the maybes.
Dont throw them away... any stuff that's in ok condition can be sold to consignment for cash, or just give it all to GoodWill
