Fellow of the Royal Society of Literature. He was made Distinguished Fellow in Literature at the University of East Anglia in 1995. He was awarded the Austrian State Prize for European Literature in 1993 and the Aristeion Literary Prize in 1996, and has received eight honorary doctorates. Well, for that matter, what about knighthood being offered to entertainers like Elton John, Paul McCartney or Anthony Hopkins? I'm not saying they are bad people, but they didn't stop Napolean at Waterloo either.

The only thing that Salman Rushdie is guilty of is telling his definition of the truth, and if someones personal opinion infuriates the "EXTREMIST'S" well so be it.
WTF, are we trying to justify here the "TRUTH or Islamofacisim?? Who cares?? I do, and "FREEDOM" of speech is every man's God given right.

"God bless Britain, America and Israel, I stand with Israel ( and so does my family and friend's) till the end, whatever that may be? either eternal peace ( which we all want) or fight to the death in defense of what is written as
scripture in the "BIBLE". God bless Israel.

P.S and truth be told Benjamin Netanyahoo ( lol, please forgive the miss spelling's) is drop dead gorgeous and "ROCK'S big time"
