Do you mean the 29% that give him an approval rating?
And do you think this goes for the left, too? Or is only wrong to trust the GOP?

A lot of people are talking about the "Illegal war that congress voted for" as if it excuses the president, and saying things to the effect that if he'd committed crimes, he wouldn't be president. These both have to be the two weakest lines of reasoning I've seen lately. Congress' vote doesn't trump international law. Our invasion of Iraq is illegal because they didn't attack us, and we weren't explicitly authorized by the Security Council to do so. The simple fact that he hasn't been caught yet doesn't mean no crimes occurred. (The guy CAN'T really perjure himself anyway, because he refuses to testify under oath~!)
I never "supported" Bush per se, but he has definitely by now earned my opposition.

Ah, where do I start? When you say crime do you mean a war that was approved by congress and based on the same intelligence the President had or do you mean the completely turned around economy, the same economy that was in a recession when he inherited it, an economy that went deeper into recession nine months after he was in office because of 9/11. Oh wait I know what crime you mean, the one where the U.S. hasn't been attacked by any of the Islamic fundamentalists who want us all dead in the past six years. Maybe next time you compare our President to Hitler you should first talk to a Holocaust survivor and the fear they woke up to every morning. What's your worst fear every morning, that Starbucks is our of your mocha frappacinos.

You have no idea of what the "hitler years" were about, child.
Try opening a real book. Not your high school history book but a real book focusing on such things as Hitler and Stalin and the like.
Criticize the decision YOUR and MY presidents make. But show me a single fact that would support your calling him a criminal. Methinks you are too quick to believe what you see on the cartoon channel.

that's why we vote...because we trust and support certain candidates! Are you telling us that there is no one you support and trust in the political world? To answer your question, Mr. Bush has committed no crimes that are punishable. If he allows this immigration bill to pass, I may stand further away from him but I will not stop my support completely!

I figure you won't get many answers to this but they would have to say "getting a BJ in the Oval Office with an intern and lying about it under oath" ....although if Bush got caught doing a similar thing and Bush said it as all part of the War of Terror they would continue to support him.
Drew: Bush lied to the entire Nation and Congress in a State of the Union Address.
PS OH see I forgot the our little Georgie would never do anything wrong, officer arguement

Of course - he could, for instance, lie to a grand jury or have his people burglarize the democratic campaign headquarters, or, perhaps, play let's hide the cigar with one of his interns.
As unpopular he is alleged to be - he has committed no crimes. Face it, if there were any valid or verifiable proof of such an allegation, Harry and his sidekick, Nancy, would be proclaiming it loudly and repeatedly to the whole world.

Any crime against the Constitution would suffice. Thank God he has yet to cross that boundary.
BEFORE ANYONE STARTS - If he has, why is he still in office?
