It probably doesn't exist.. Your fiance isn't a patient there. It was all just made up to make a fortune off of you..
Also, your fiance (the one who just got in a car accident, etc.) is probably a guy..

you should go to the library look in the international yellow pages for hospitals in africa, or ask the desk for assistance with it..good luck to you.

Is this from one of those scam emails? If you get those, trash them. I know (from the news) of people actually replying with their personal info to try and get the "settlement".
