Any fast food place you eat, be it McDonald's or Wendy's or Burger King is going to have some small "acceptable filth" limits..... so many rat turds per 1,000 hamburgers is perfectly normal! Five or six insect larvae per pound of lettuce is NORMAL..... 20,000 dust mites per store is ACCEPTABLE... get over it. Every bite of food you take is likely contaminated by gross stuff, but you know what? You have an 'immune system' which takes care of all that, so eat whatever you want and stop worrying about it. It's all crap that's bad for you and will clog your coronary arteries, and there's nothing you can do about it. Relax!

I cannot tell you if the rat thing is true. What I can tell you is that when I was laid off for awhile I worked for Burger King as a manager, and as a result will not eat there ever again. I couldn't believe some of what went on.

It's false. Your IQ would be lower than what you need to BREATHE not to notice a rat's head in the burger... and for reference purposes, health inspectors aren't slackers and will test the meat, which always passes. I work at Wendy's and the only place we have rats is in the trash shed about a hundred metres from the actual building.

Yes, but I thought it was Wendys. I remember reading about something like that 15 years ago. It did happen again recently but I can't remember what restuarant it was.
