Indulging misery

2007-06-21 15:10:49 · answer #1 · answered by Anonymous · 0 0

The consequences of indulging our weaknesses are:

we don't develop self-discipline needed to carry us through college, work, and creating our dreams;

the weakness we have is potentially lethal (drugs, speeding)

we build long-term bad habits that are very difficult to break (bad eating habits, laziness)

when we are faced with the need to change, it leaves us depressed and hopeless

Depends on what the weakness is, but I would say in general to all weaknesses, if you feel it is a weakness, the consequence is guilt. : )

You mean acting like they are helpless when they are really capable. It can become a big problem that results in becoming unable to be self sufficient and not reaching potential.
