striking a random conversation with a stranger: have you ever done this and why? what you all talk about?

When I worked at a store on 3rd shift which sold Greyhound bus tix.
Usually where were they going and they always took over the conversation.

I do it all the time..as i travel a lot due to work..and find it boring staring at my laptop and doing nothing of importance...so i'd pick up a conversation with guy/gal next seated...depending upon the person would talk bout anything under the sun...weather,people,politics...believe me i even talked of sex with a lady sitting next to me.And she went on talking bout how much she liked it with her husband !!

sure, I easily have as quickly as emailed a random stranger and we ended up with effortless musical flavor. additionally from time to time that's greater handy to chat to strangers this manner considering there are virtually no strings linked.

all the time, we talk about anything i see to talk about ! i am a truck driver, very lonely at times and would talk to a brick wall if i thought it might talk back someday ! MY INVISIBLE FRIEND KEEPS ME COMPANY WHILE DRIVING =)

well i was talking to this guy once, and we went from talking about coffe, to talking about bathrooms, to talking about the end of the world, to talking about tiles, to talking about cupcakes, and then we said bye, and we never met again
