Only you can repent of your sins. Accept Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior and He will help you.

Stand up and take control of your life. Be accountable. If you know you are doing something wrong, have the guts and willpower to stop it. If you don't think you can do it alone, then have the foresight to get some assistance (counselling etc) Don't wait for other people to fix the problem for you and don't lay blame at other people. You will be amazed at the result if you do it. It will be hard, but it will be totally self rewarding

Have the courage to do what you know is the right thing for you. You know what it is and you know in the future when you look back on your life that you were strong enough to make good decisions. Easy to say, difficult to do. However, once you discover that you are capable of making difficult decisions you will be able to gain confidence and make other difficult decisions in the future much easier.

Only ourselves - fortified by our values, beliefs, morals and faith.

As someone has said,
It is not important who we are or what we have
we are known by the choices that we make.

One needs to practice tough love on self to sail through temptations. When i come across such questions i tell myself that i don't want to do anything that would make me regret in the future or when i grow old.
