I met one guy at working environment. We had a nice feelings each other and were getting close. He had a ring at his ring finger. He said it was a divorced ring. Soon after he didn't wear his ring any longer. He had been a part his wife for many years. when he got divorced his friend bought a congratulation rign for him. and he showed his affections wherever we are. in the office. on the elevator .. as long as nobody around. I trust him. He promised .....anyway, I left the company. Do you think he harassed me ? if so, what shall I do ? I'm really regretting that I accepted him. I couldn't move on.

It sounds like you did this of your own free will, so no, you can't sue him.

And a "divorcing ring"?? I've never heard of that.

Let him know his attentions aren't welcome any more. If there's continued contact after that, maybe you have a case, but as it stands right now, no, you don't.

Ok well to correct anyone who is mistaken, you can sue. You can legally sue anyone you want to sue. The question here should be do I have grounds to win this law suit. It could be viewed as harrassment, however it seems that you gave into his moves. If something further happened after you ended the relationship, then perhaps you have a solid case. You have to find solid physical evidence to win a law suit kay.

one when you were at the company you could have looked into Harrassment charges but now no!
But if he calls you at home and calls all the time -you will need to get php on him but as for a court case on what you are writting here no way...even a lawyer would tell you are wasting time. Wait and see if he starts to harress you then that would be something else.

The fact that you willingly entered into a relationship with this guy and then kept it up for some time, would make any kind of lawsuit pointless. Just put it down to experience and move on.

No, you cannot sue. You don't have any grounds for suit at all. In fact, you would get laughed out of court. I suggest that you spend your money more wisely, and get a psychiatrist or psychologist to help you move on.

Yes - he did harass you.
I'm sorry you trusted him, but you don't get a ring for separating. This guy is full of S**T and you need to stay away!
