I didn't think such a State Capital existed. It's a nice thought, but, I just never thought that any such State Capital existed. And I was wondering where to take a vacation. Let me know your answer and I'm on my way. If the answer of Montpelier, Vermont is correct, I'd love to go there. Been wanting to anyway, but, living in Texas, that's one helluva long way to go. But then, I got the time, so, when you're for sure of your answer, I'll check back and make plans. God Bless you.
