Relax, Kobe isn't going anywhere, he is a Laker for life.

Personally I don't believe that Kobe will be traded on draft night. He started his career straight out of high school into the Lakers, and as he has said numerous times, loves the lakers. He just wants to win NOW...and well with farmar and bynum still there he thinks that the lakers are planning more for the future? The lakers aint stupid though, they WILL keep kobe if its the last thing they do..for gods sake not only does the team need him as a star but without him the game becomes boring? and LA is a city used to stars and showtime with magic and kareem and all. So i wood have to say...lakers will keep kobe and they better do it too (I'm a kobe fan =])

I i think Kobe will still be a Laker come this October, when training camp opens.
I think the Lakers organization will come through and make a trade to bring in some help for Kobe

Unlikely, Laker dont want to get screwed and they will not get Kobes worth. I think it'll be a long drawn out process and probably span over more than a month and could even involve another team.

Yes, remember there are teams being reestructured and with a lot of money.

What do you think about Kobe being traded to the Blazers?

no the lakers organization will not let him when his contract is up in a few years we will probibly want to opt. out and trade him then so they get some one back instead of no one

He should've been drafted a long time ago. At least 2 yrs. after Shaq left.
