when iinstall the dvd after installation when i tried to run the game it shows ..... hardware probleme,but i have Recommended Requirements are complete

Sure. Just check out the PC requirements shown on the back of the DVD cover. P4 should do just great.

It could have something to do with your Graphics Card, if the installation was sucessful and you have P4 then I dont think anything else would be the problem.
