Actually, this is not federal. The Dept of Health and Human Services were sued as well. They were not part of the settlement by the state of Arizona. Arizona chose to reinterpret the law regarding what constitutes an emergency. Mexicans can receive dialysis in Mexico if they go back home. I don't agree that maintenance dialysis is emergency care.

All sorts of costs to support illegal immigrants are bankrupting states. No, it isn't right but it will continue because of the political liberals and leftist news media.

I'm not for anyone suffering but The United States should not have to pay for ANYTHING of the illegals. It is bad enough that we pay for the cost of sending them back home.If their country was charged every time we sent one home, their country would help make sure they don't sneak in. If any of them want to come here legally, great. They turn out to be honest hardworking Americans but we don't need their deadbeats. We have enough of our own. Maybe our country should send some of ours to them !

I don't think they should get ANY emergency care, or other care. They are NOT citizens.
