I have 15 of them and I got them in the Navy, I guess it was a permanent reminder of all my travels, I could have taken pictures I guess. I look at them every day and they give me good memories, they can all be hidden when I am at work and they are conversation starters in bars. I love all my ink and I would not change them.

I have lots of tattoos and a different reason for each one, plus I was usually drunk when I got em so I don't remember the reasons

half of them I got before I was 18 and I was stupid and I just wanted one for the sake of getting one..
my other tattoos I got because they mean something, a memorial and stuff relating to what I believe in

I don't have one BUT I signed for my daughter to have her brothers name [my son] on her shoulder, its not very big but really quite pretty [and that's from some one who does not really like them on females, well not a huge fan of them period......but they are very close in age and as such are more like twins and now he is away in the air force she misses him so much that it seemed a fair thing to do.

i have a rose on my forerm because my middle name is rose. i have a cross on my lower back because i thought it was "cool" and i have a cross on my upper arm with ribbin wrapped around it in memory of my bro who was killed in a car accident.

because I like to express who I am and I really don't give a **** what anyone else thinks...my favorite one I have is a Shamrock with my kids names around it...
