What do you think the world would be like if the majority of people in the word were mentally retarded, just enough so that if someone who was not retarded made a mean joke about them The retarded person wouldn't get it and wouldn't care.
Personally I hope this is the next step in evolution :)

Bad idea. The minority of healthy people would stick the handicapped people out of their way somewhere and they would end up living in something like prison facilities. I can see it happening. Only the strong survive or get treated well.
