It can happen anywhere.
My husband (25) met me (45) when we worked in the same office complex.
I asked him to join me for pizza, after a very good conversation at an office party.
We were only going to be friends, we're married now.

Go to the women's department in an upscale store. The saleswomen will probably be dressed nicely, smell good, and be able to carry on a conversation. That's assuming you want to carry on a conversation.

How funny..let's see...bowling alley, grocery store on a weekday, a salon (I was getting my nails done one day when a young guy came in to get a pedicure...girls liked that. We hate nasty toe nails on a guy! EWWW) How about the mall?
