No. TNA is just a remake off of WWE.
TNA is...
1. Where good wrestlers who don't quite make it on WWE go.
and
2. Where fired or let go wrestlers with good talent go to, to get a paycheck and wrestle.
Now, I'm not saying its a bad show I'm just saying that's what they have to do with each other.
But, if TNA starts to make it big, our old pal Vinnie Mac will probably buy them out and make a new brand for WWE.
(Thursday Night Action - TNA)
And all the TNA Wrestlers will be under Vince's belt, including Kurt Angle.

No, they are two different companies - TNA and WWE. TNA was created by Jeff Jarret and WWE was created by Vince McMahon.

No he doesn't. WWE and ECW are the ones he deals with. Maybe thinking so cause about half of the TNA rooster is old WWE/WWF wrestlers.

No vince has nothing to do with it. WWE wrestlers go there when they want more time with their families or dont want to wrestle as much, or more importantly, when VINCENT KENNEDY McMAHON fired them, they had a place to go.
