Has any one actually taken evening primrose oil and it help with thier period. And will in help enhance your fertility. I was also looking into using Vitex but I looked in walmart for it and couldn't find it so does anyone know where I could find Vitex other than online. Thanks for all the help. Oh and if primrose oil does enhance fertility did anyone get pregnant from using it. thanks.

Okay, I tried to conceive for ONE FULL YEAR, and no luck. I started the evening primrose oil, and drank like 4 cups of red raspberry leaf tea a day. I was pregoo in 30 days flat.

I have heard alot of negative things about vitex, i wouldn't use it. I have a friend who got pg on evening primrose oil, so i guess it can help

try fertility blend which has vitex in it. it can be ordered online just google fertility blend. vitex is is in fact the most common herb used for fertility b/c it balances the system. i just recently started fertility blend and it seems to have really regulated my period in my first cycle, which is wonderful.
evening primrose is good for cervical mucus. i have no experience with it.
i strongly recommend the vitex.

Red raspberry leaf tea should be found at your local natural foods store. Evening primrose, as long as you are not leaking amniotic fluid; using very clean hand insert two capsules near your cervix - ideally before a nap or bedtime and use a pantiliner. I think they worked after I stopped taking them orally and (via the midwife's direction) used them internally, it took about 2 days after I started doing that.
