Is there any tight spots in the chain or damage to any brake parts? but i would think its more than likely a wheel bearing starting to go!

I know the wheel has been balanced, but closely inspect the tyre for anything out of the ordinary.

Check your head race bearings too, if these are starting to wear, which is quite likely on a bike of that power or are even loose at the speeds you go that can really exaggerate things

Failing that get it into a good shop as no likes a shaker

Good luck James

Along with all the other answers -
Check the wheel bearings. Get a wheel off the ground and try to wiggle it side to side.
Check that the F & R axles are torqued to the proper specs. Especially the front.
While the rear wheel is off the ground check the swing arm bearings (no one ever checks them).
It's very importand to torque the swing arm pivot bolt.
Loosen the nut and re-torque it to specs.
Maybe a steering dampener would help.

first check head race bearings, then fit a quality stearing damper, at those speeds you should fit one anyway.
