Hands down George Mikan, not only was he the best white center, he was probably on of the 10 best.

Probably George Mikan - they had to change the rules of Basketball because Mikan was so dominant inside. Walton, Sabonis, Eaton all come to mind but Mikan had the most lasting impact.

Zylgauskas, Cleveland Cavaliers... if you mean "white" as in skin tone... He is the best passing center, too.
