how much they mean to you?

You just tell them.
I find it really really hard with friends, but with emails now, I find that I can express my true self and what they mean to me without being shy about it.
I suppose I don't have to say nice things about them to their face. Not good, I know, but at least I now get me message across and they know how much they mean to me...

give them enough time and attention. ive seen a movie long ago "i not stupid 2" on dvd, and it speaks about appreciating little things about your loved ones and how it can boast their well being. i think i must begin doing that.
