It pisses me off everytime I see an ungrateful white boy with his expensive car that his parents bought him while I got some car that I had no choice but to get.

WHOA!!! Let me tell you, this question wreaks of racism!! But, I will honestly answer this question!!

I do not live paycheck to paycheck! You know why? Becuase when I was young and working my backside off, I saved my money and invested it when I saw a good investment. We were pretty darn broke and half the time, our car would not work! So, hubby took the bus and I would get a ride from my friend.

We had two babies to feed and clothe as well. I worked when my husband was off and he worked when I was off! Why? Because with our two combined incomes, we still could not afford a babysitter!!! So, we did what we could...even though, it meant that he and I would have to sacrifice some of our time.

The first savings went to education for my husband and I. We both went through college and took those classes around our work! That was not easy!! But, we knew if we were going to ever be secure, that we would have to bust our backsides and that we did!

Now, I am very secure and it is due to all my HARD WORK and perseverence! By the way, I am 52, retired and I still make money from making dolls from my home! I do not need this extra income but, I do enjoy the craft and the extra money too!

So, do not come on here with your flippant attitude! Some of us whites have worked alot harder than you and perhaps, what you are seeing are the fruits from others hard work too?

By the way, your question is a rude one as you never discuss anothers money! That is simple ettiquette! I only answered you because you need to understand that white peoples money is no different than yours! We have to work as hard or, harder for ours so, back off and grow up!

I drive an 11 year old car and live pretty much paycheck to paycheck. It doesnt piss me off to see the scene you described because i see it this way..i;m sure that I have alot that he doesnt have. He could be a murderer or someone who plaows down children in the streets. A nice car doesnt mean squat.

No, I don't, but I remember what it was like to have two dollars only and it was still two weeks until pay day. that's exactly why I went to college and earned two degrees... now I'm not rich, but it's been a long time since I've lived paycheck to paycheck and I don't want to ever go back there. I like my life.

I had to live paycheck to paycheck untill I was about 30. It was a drag! I know very well what it feels like to go into a store and know I have only $20.00 for food for a whole week!

Yeah....there are more and more of those spoiled rotten kids today. Paycheck to paycheck isn't the word for it. We are on the verge of bankruptcy because I lost my 2nd job that I HAD to have in order to afford my nice VW Passatt. The past 2 months have been hell, and I am about at the end of my rope. I will have to give up my car, and get something like I had when I was 20.....DAMMIT, I just turned 48.
.....yeah, it pisses me off...the friggin brats!!!!!

I don't live paycheck to paycheck, but I certainly have to watch my pennies. I know what you mean about the ungrateful. It pisses me off too.
