So often it seems that some
judges/juries/jurisdictions/states
have really ridiculous sentencing and application of laws.
I mean like places that come down hard on minor offenders but let serious criminals go on technicalities. Which are some of the worst and best that you know of? Any crazy examples to illustrate your response???

Texas....commit a capital offense....die for it.

And dont want any of that "feel sorry for the black man" crap either. Just because more blacks are convicted of crimes does not mean the system is biased against them, they just commit more crimes. And Federal data will back me on that too.

Let's be honest here. There is no such thing as a balanced criminal justice system in this country. I think the system needs to be reformed in it's entirety at the federal and state levels. For example: Here's some food for thought on how screwed up the system really is.

1) You don't hear of rich and famous people going to death row if they kill someone. Mostly, poor people without a dime to their name and minorities get sentenced to death.

2) Poor people are often victimized by rich and powerful lawyers and judges. Judges tend to follow their own agendas rather than apply the law fairly.

3) Judges and Lawyers often use and abuse their power to create unfair and impossible problems for people who can't afford top notch defense attorneys, expert witnesses, private investigators. It's all about the money and power.

Not of us are born into a millionaire family.

4) Police officers are always let off the hook whenever they beat the tar out of someone and they get caught on tape beating someone. If someone beats up or kills a police officer then that person is held to a higher standard.

There needs to be uniform standards that holds everybody equally responsible for their actions. The only way for things to get changed in the laws and they way the laws are enforced is if the American people hound their elected officials to make changes.

I'm a blackman...none of them are just to me. Federal reports back my case.

Big Timmy is an idiot. Where did "feel sorry" come from? I'm tired of White people like TImmy that thanks racism is gone , because it doesn't and will never effect them. The Justice system isn't balanced based on the sentencing. If you don't think white people get more breaks in this country you have to be crazy. Its just the ways it is at this time.

Why do you feel the need to say your not a rasict?
