I don't. I work nights (8pm to 4am), and sleep during the day. I have to take a Clonazepam (Klonopin) at bedtime to get a full night/day's sleep, or else I wake after about 4 hours and can't get back to sleep because my mind is worrying about things.
My wife can't sleep with me in the bed because she says I snore. I'm supposed to have a sleep-study done to rule out apnea.

I close my eyes then think of something that would take a long time to think about (like a long math question) and think of many things without trying to interrupt myself by itching or scratching.

Snuggling with my soon to be 3 yr old son.
I know, I know, its not good. He should be in his own bed.
But I love it sooooo much.
Its like a drug. I just love to have him near me and hold him close with so much love.
