How many times a month do you change your bed Sheets?
Me two times. Pillow cases weekly.

I'm not sure exactly why Yahho is making you ask questions.
Once a week i like to change my bed sheet's.
You gotta keep them fresh.

2-3 times for sheets and pilow cases weekly also.

I change the sheets when they need to be changed. The interval in which this occurs is something that you need the proper security clearance to know.
