Uhh - Well it depends on what type of wireless adapter. If it is a USB adapter, plug it into a USB port. If it is a PCI adapter, plug it into the PCI bus. Then load the software, locate a nearby access point, setup any WEP or WPA passwords required and you should be on the internet.
