Hi All,
I have a 93 Acura Integra LS, automatic. In winters, I cannot shift gears from parking to drive. It takes few minutes of waiting before I can shift. Problem worsens if it gets more cold. Any ideas ?
Thank you !

Coke soft drink coffee with sugar and cream spilled into the shifter? take the shift knob off and the console apart clean with windex the shifter indicator and plastic parts that are sticky rinse with clean water wet cloths once the shifter indicator is cleaned of all sticky gunk, lubricate with silicone spray. Owners never admit that they spill beverages in there cars so we will keep it quiet.

Condensation in your shifter cable is freezing, replace cable or get it lubricated. As your engine warms up it loosens the frost which is why you allways have to wait.

Check your manual transmission fluid level. It is probably low.
