I know the official card for Disney is American Express, but I was wondering more specifically if the food vendors in Disney World accept visa cards?

Yes, the only few places that don't accept and credit cards are some of the small vendor carts. Have cash on hand to buy ice cream and pretzels from the carts. Visa and MasterCard are very welcome there.

Disney actually has a Disney Visa now. Each purchase earns your rewards that can be redeemed for Disney merchandise, travel, etc. So, pretty much anywhere you go will allow Disney Visa and most any credit card.
Some of the carts and kiosks don't accept credit cards. If you don't plan to take much cash with you, be sure to ask if they allow credit cards before you give your order, makes things a little easier.
Just about any store or restaurant you visit will accept most credit cards, so you shouldn't have any problems.

The current price to park a car at Disney World is $14 a day. So add the cost of what your rental car would cost you and see what you think. If you are going for a short trip, I would stay at Disney. If you are going to be there a while, you can more than make your money back if you stay at a house or villa with a full kitchen and you buy groceries and eat some of your meals there. I always do this when I am taking a trip of 5 days +. You can find houses to rent that are less than the price of a Disney moderate hotel, with much more room and a private pool, that are super, super nice. Then we eat breakfast in our house everyday, and dinner there about 1/2 the time. The cost of food that we save more than makes up for the cost of parking.

Yes they do,every where in all the resorts at WDW.I just returned from there myself,Have a Great time in the happiest place in thr world where DREAMS DO COME TRUE!!

Yes they do; Next time I would recommend a Dining Plan well worth it as you will find out how much food really costs.
