No, the acid in your stomach would kill the sperm, if they are not already dead from traveling down your esophagus. Besides, the reproductive system is completely separate from the digestive tract.

Ehhhhhhhhhh?????? What have they been teaching you in school? That is not true because of 3 reasons.
1) The digestive tract does not lead to the ovaries.
2) Its called stomach acid for a reason.
3) If sperm rarely make a journey from the vagina to the ovaries, the distance from the mouth to the ovaries is nearly double.
( I know the 3rd reason is dumb, but I have nothing else to do)

no. The sperm needs to travel through the womans vagina and itll probably take a few days for her to get pregnant. good luck on your science project.

YOUR STOMACH IS A TOTALLY DIFFERENT PART FROM YOUR OVARIES. BESIDES THE ACID IN YOUR DIGESTIVE SYSTEM IS GOING TO KILL THE SPERM ANYWAY.
