I love Mozart! If I had to pick one piece that I have the greatest affinity for it would be his opera "The Magic Flute." It's an amazing piece and a work of genius. The music and the opera itself are a combination of the wimsical, the human, and the spiritual. You get it all in this opera - Mozart's great sense of humor shines through in the music, there are spiritual moments that trancend this world, and the music contains so much tenderness and humanity. I love this piece and come back to it time and time again. :-)

The Requiem, of course, the C minor Mass, all the piano concertos, and for a roller-coaster thrill ride, played at full volume, the Sinfonia Concertante.
And the Supreme Masterworks of Genius, The G Minor and The Jupiter Symphony.......

Someone wrote Mozart's 5th Symphony. They meant Beethoven.

However, Mozart's 40th is great.

The "Kyrie" from his C minor Mass...especially the soprano solo therein...gorgeous.

The duet "Ah, guarda sorella" is exquisite.

The Flute and Harp concerto is lovely...especially the second movement.

Ave Verum Corpus

'Dove Sono' and 'Che soave zeffiretto' from Le nozze di Figaro

Vorrei spiegarvi, oh Dio!

Martern Aller Arten

'Parto' from La clemenza di Tito

'Soave sia il vento' from Cosi fan tutte

The list goes on and on!
