Depends on what kind of job you're interviewing for. If you're going to work at a retail store, then a modest skirt/blouse combo is fine and your hair neatly held back with clips, headband or a ponytail looped through in the back, maybe. Wear hosiery and neat sandals. The simpler the better.
However, if the interview is with a business firm or a profession like a lawyer or an office job, then your attire and appearance must be much more professional. Wear a tailored skirt suit, minimal jewelry and makeup, hosiery and heels, and a simple manicure. Follow basic interviewing guidelines for promoting yourself and your value to this company.
Good luck!

depends what kind of job you're interviewing for. If its a casual job, then yes a pony tail will be okay (just keep it nice). A short skirt is okay if your interviewing for something in the mall or bank teller, where you actually have to look nice for the customers. If its a professional job, then the skirt better be suitable for church and you may want to pull your hair back in a french braid or even a really pretty bun.

1] wear a skirt suit, pantsuit, dress, or jacket and blouse. No cleavage, no muffin tops, no nipples, no bare shoulders, no thighs [ no shorter than top of kneecap.], no whale tails, or coin slots
2] No jeans or khakis unless you are applying to do construction.
3] wear closed toe pumps or flats
4] wear jewelry that looks professional - no noisy bangles, or kiddy earrings, or bubblegum rings
5] makeup should convey how attractive you are, not how many layers you are wearing
6] your perfume should only be detected by people very close to you - not the entire room
7] hair - pull it back on top, french braid, low ponytail [ no scrunchies - use a barette ], french twist, or chignon

The skirt is fine if by a little bit you mean 3 inches. I'd skip the pontail and wash, blow dry and use a curling iron. After you get the job you can do the ponytail if you are under 18.

I'm sure its okay to wear a skirt, but it depends on what kind of interview it is.
If its a job interview, I suggest wearing something else. bermuda shorts are always cute.
a pony tail is okay. it can look professional, yet casual.
goodluck :]

yes that is fine. As long as it doesnt look too short. Like a half and inch above the knee is fine.
for your hair you could do a lot of things.
ponytail is fine with a nice pin or rubberband that matches your outfit.
frenchbraids are nice
and a regular braid is nice too.
make sure your honest and you always smile! =)
be confident too!

a little above the knees is ok.
also depends on what kinda job youre interviewing for
if its an office job tie your hair back in a low pony tail.
i find that more professional
and when you tie your hair up in a higher pony tail it looks more casual.
also, higher pony tails make your cheeck bones look more defined.

pony tail fine, im nobody special but if I was interviewing you while you were in a skirt, I may have preconceptions of who you are and I may not give you the proper chance to show me what kind of person you are......unintentionally. Dont get me wrong but you should just wear khakis or something.

Nope if its cute It will work.If you have like medium long hair or long hair the cutest way would be to put the ponytail to the side on your shoulders and like add curls to the end of the tail.

No - you must wear a skirt that's way abov the knee (unless a woman is going to interview you - then you better cover up).
