First, dry it out as best you can. Towel dry REPEATEDLY.
Next, use an electric hair dryer. Do not put on highest heat, as this can damage the upholstery.
Next, give the car an opportunity to air out. This will help more than adding some smelly stuff which only camoflauges the smell.
hope this helps !

Usually the stench and dampness will go away by themselves after the seats become completely dry. Park in the sun with the windows down to speed up the process.

First dry with hair dryer.
Secondly, park your car at sunny places and wind down all the windows, so that the sun will go in and dampness will bry out.
Third - spray some anti bacterial fabric spray (I recommend "Febrezze" to take away the horrible stench and kill bacteria).

Or, as long as that is not any longer leather-based, you ought to rub some needed oils into the seat, attempt on an unseen section to confirm it wont stain, and whilst it heats up or you utilize the heater the thread will escalate and set loose countless the oils to make your automobile scent spectacular! And that is not any longer adequate to stain outfits so dont concern approximately that.

I don't know what dankness is, but oxy clean with cold water removes any, I mean any organic smell... then vacuum later with something that really sucks... then spray a little natural orange scent made from real orange peels.
