in the game pokemon pearl i have 4 badges and i need to get to snowpoint city to get my next badge but theirs?

a boulder in my way and i had my onix learn strength so he could move it but it ses i need a new badge to move it and my next badge is snowpoint city

The next badge isn't in Snowpoint City, it's in Hearthrome City.

Snowpoint is badge 7 Canalve is badge 6 and Hearthrome( i dont know how to spel it0 Is badge 5. U have to deliever a pakage for Cynthia to her mom then u can go back to hearthrome and chalange the gym leader.

I am pretty sure you need to get to Veilstone City. Snowpoint City is 7th badge.
