i tried to cut my sisters bangs but i cut them down to her eyes there too short to layer diagonal across her face any suggestions?

If you are going for something shaggy looking try cutting up on an angle into them or finding someone with thinning shears to give them layers, otherwise you will keep cutting them short and end up with 50's pin-up bangs (unless that is what you want!)

just tell her to pin them to the side or use a hair paste or wax to get them to stay to the side, there's really not much more you can do. God Bless:)

Take her to a hairstylist who is a PROFESSIONAL and have him or her straighten the bangs up. You: go to beauty school.
