Well first of all I had to look up the definition of eccentric - yes I fell a little ignorant and this is a really tough question.
I am responsible, level headed, and an analistic person.
On the other hand I sometimes jump to conclusions and do things on a whim.
Eccentrics will often find unconventional solutions to problems
and I totally do this so my answer is 7.333 (had to be different)

Eccentricity I believe is based on how much you give a crap about what people think of you...If you don't give a crap about what others think, then you're a 10....but if you get easily swayed by people, give yourself a 0.....
Me...i'd go with 7.....think that's pretty safe..

Yeah, I'm open-minded (or so I think) with most things; current events, music (always looking for something new).
