I think political corruption can only be eliminated if the values of the people allow it to be. If too many people don't want to get involved unless they or their friends or families are hurt, or if too many hope to get a benefit from the corruption, then there is a problem. A handful of public spirited people can't do much if the public values won't support change. I am from the U,S. We are not without corruption here, either.
