I'm looking for beautiful Italian names that are more or can be Americanized so the child won't be made fun of.

I don't like Bella. I like Lia (Leah) or names more feminine and realistic like that. Thanks!

Genevive is one of my favorites. I'm Italian and I was thinking of naming my child that if it's a girl. It's my grandmother's middle name. Her name is Vincenza Genevive. I also have a distant cousin named Simona, and I love that one as well.

Sofia is my favorite. Spelled with an "f" instead of a "ph" is the Italian way. Isabelle is another one I like.
