How successful do you think the seahawks will be this year? I'm a die-hard seahawks fan and i can't wait for them to start playing. Im a little frustrated after they traded jackson, but they still got a bunch of talent at the wide reciever talent. Also, I'm tired of seeing the niners fans bragging about their 4 sb rings. That was then and this is now, so shut up.

In terms of the Seahawks, they have what it takes to get them into the playoffs, they've proven that much. My concern would be their plummeting from SuperBowl participant to mediocrity. It was a good ride up, but a very quick fall down the latter.

The issue for them is consistency. Whether that be an issue with fill-ins (Seneca Wallace for Hasselback, or forgive me, whoever for Alexander), or is it a matter of the vets really playing like they should, I am unsure. I do know if they are to get back into the playoffs they need to do it at the beginning of the season rather than wait to put in for the hard run at the end. It will save them in the long run and enable to rest their best come the end of the season!

I feel your pain about Jackson to the niners. And the Hawks definitely should have won the Super Bowl had the refs not given to Pittsburgh. I still think they'll be a shoe-in for the playoffs. They've got a great offense when they're not injured, and Defense will be better with Marcus Trufant coming off injury. If the Hawks are healthy i'm seeing another trip to the big game!

I think they might actually miss the playoffs altogether. Don't get me wrong, theyre a decent team and will be above .500, but they're moving in the wrong direction.
