I've want to be an actress ever since i was little it wasn't to strong then but now its the only thing i think about each day it get stronger in my heart and i know for sure that i want to be an actress, I'm good at it but i never had the chance to prove it because i don't go to public school and its hard to get in a play since i home school,and don't really know if my parents would like me to become an actress i NEED a brake should i tell them now what i want to be, or should i wait tell I'm older?I'm 14 what should i do?!?!?

join a theater group. im in private school too and i do theater. tell your parents what you want to do and how you want to pursue this more. but think to yourself. do i want to do it to act or for fame, money, love from fans?
if your doing it fo these things, youll hate it after a month.
but if you TRULY love acting, then its for you.
but youve never acted before so its probably just the thought of being famous.
do a couple plays and see how you feel after being on stage.
it may surprise you....

Okay well I'm pretty much the same way. Start by attending acting classes, now finding the right acting school is TOUGH but you gotta do your research. After that you should start getting your headshots. Theyre kind of expensive but theyre worth it. Then try booking auditions for commercials/sitcoms anything that'll get you noticed. From there maybe agencies will notice you and will try to get you to sign with them. Very easy but you really have to make sure to find the right one that wont scam you, which also means you dont pay them upfront. So dont fall for that stuff. Other than that its kinda hard but something if you're passionate enough for then you'll succeed.

Tell them now! Don't cheat yourself of oppurtunities availible to you now!
Also, get more experience doing a local community play or musical.
From there, if you're as talented and in love with the craft as you say you are, the oppurtinities will come rolling in, and you can advance in the field as you feel necessary.
I cannot stress the importance of telling them now, do it!

people say you need experience but if you watch any movie you will see that you can just be a person sitting in a cafe or walking down the street or ANYTHING and that's your start.

just join them and put your name down, I only know of them as I know people who do some acting and that's how they get some work so that's a start... they even asked me to join but I don't want to be no actor ha ha good luck
