I heard that there were seven levels/layers of Hell, but I also heard that there were 19 circles of damnation [I'm guessing this also means Hell]. Are they the same, or are these two totally seperate subjects?

In reality, there are no such things. If ever you had heard of or read about these things, they all are merely myths, fictions, fables, or what not.

The "7 levels of Hell" that you refer to are actually nine circles of hell from the "Divine Comedy," specifically the part known as "The Inferno" written by Dante, an Italian writer.

I could not find any references to the "19 circles of damnation," although it may refer to subcircles within the various circles of hell.
