It is not illegal, depending on your state's "age of consent."
I think the general rule is that the age of consent is 16 in most states. This, of course, only applies when an adult (someone 18 or older) has sex with the minor. If a 17 year old and a 15 year old had sex, it would be legal. I believe there is also a rule about age difference. (In some cases it is a difference of four years after the minor reaches the age of consent) that having sex is legal. (IE: 16 year old and 20 year old having sex.)

I dont know where Ga is but in australia it is legal, for a person over 16 to have sex with someone up to the age of 18.

Not that I condone Pre- Marital Sex, but here in Australia, the age of consent for a girl is 16, which seems rediculous to me, but hey, I don't make the rules.
It is just my hard -earned money that goes in taxes, to pay these single teeange mums for having babies, and then they end up earning more than me.
It is soo wrong. Don't do it, go make a life for yourself, study, get a good, job, settle down, get married, work hard, there is plenty of time for sex later, trust me.
And if you really want to know the truth, it's not really all its cracked up to be. You will probably end up really let down the first time. It's like anything, it takes time to get it right. I was 22 when I got married, and my hubby was 28. We have been married almost 3 years now, and we are still discovering what works for us.
That's my 2 cents worth.

in maximum factors of u.s. its unlawful. of direction in case you come back to a imaginitive united states like that huge bite of land north of you, no its not. there must be a 5 year window in canada i've got confidence, so in case you have been 20 and he or she have been 14 it could be unlawful, yet i think of the rest is stable after 14, thats the shrink hehe, i banged a 14 year old while i grow to be 18, we the two theory it grow to be super!!
