I have just graduated from a ,well, not so prestigious University with a Bachelors Degree in business management. Can I still get my MBA(Masters degree) from a prestigious University such as the University of Toronto or even Harvard with a bachelors degree from a “crappy” university? Can I go get my MBA in the states If I live in Canada? Please help

You won't know whether you'll get admitted until you apply, so go ahead and apply. It's very possible the you'd be accepted. They look at a lot more than what University you got your undergrad degree from. But be aware that the prestigious schools get a lot more applications for their MBA programs than they have slots available.
